1. Acceptance of terms

By using FollowUp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of service

FollowUp is an AI-powered tool that processes meeting transcripts to extract action items, generate follow-up email drafts, and sync tasks to project management tools. The service connects to your Google Calendar and Gmail with your explicit permission.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share meeting transcript content with our service, including consent from other participants where required by law.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated email drafts before sending them.
  • You must not use FollowUp for any unlawful purpose.

4. AI-generated content

Meeting summaries, action items, and email drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing this content before acting on it or sending it to others. FollowUp is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Google API usage

FollowUp's use of Google APIs is limited to the permissions you grant: reading your Google Calendar to detect meetings, and sending emails from your Gmail account when you explicitly approve a draft. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Pricing and payment

The Free tier is available at no cost with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

FollowUp is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
